Refund & Returns Policy for Custom Straw Hats

Thank you for choosing our custom-made straw hats and natural straw hat! Because each piece is handcrafted to your specifications, we have a tailored policy to ensure fairness while protecting our artisans’ work.

1. Returns & Exchanges for Custom Orders

Non-Returnable: Since your straw hat is made to your unique design (size, color, pattern, etc.), we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Exceptions: If your blackout straw lifeguard hat, summer men’s straw hat styles, or any custom summer straw hat with string arrives damaged, flawed, or significantly different from the agreed design, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.

2. Refunds for Custom Orders

Defective/Damaged Items: We’ll offer a full refund or free remake if the issue is verified. This includes issues with sun hat summer straw hats for men, logo sun hat outdoor beach lifeguard straw hats, or any straw hats for adults that are defective.

Order Cancellations: If you cancel before production begins, we’ll refund 100%. Once crafting starts, a 50% fee applies (to cover materials/labor).

Non-Refundable: Shipping costs and customization fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Standard (Non-Custom) Straw Hats

For ready-to-ship hats, including natural straw hats, our standard policy applies:

• Returns accepted within 14 days if unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Refunds issued to the original payment method (minus shipping).

4. How to Request a Return/Refund

Email Us: Contact support@mycustomheadwear.com within 48 hours (for defects) or 14 days (for non-custom items). Include:

• Order number

• Photos (for damaged/incorrect items)

• Reason for return

Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Shipping: For approved returns, please contact us for the return address.

Note: Customers cover return shipping unless the error is ours.

• Natural Variations: Natural straw hat, including summer straw hats for men or natural straw hats, may differ slightly in color or weave due to handmade materials—this is not a defect.

• Storage: Return custom hats in their original protective packaging to avoid damage.
